I'm Elle Mejia-Pierce, a retail leasing expert, author, speaker, and podcast host. I've managed over 3.4 million square feet of retail space globally, transacting across five continents. I'm the founder of an organization for women founders & entrepreneurs that hosts a private community, a publishing house, a bookstore, a podcast network, and an online academy. I sit on the board of a not-for-profit agency, supporting women to thrive personally, socially, and economically. Beyond my professional life, I'm blessed to be a wife, a devoted mom, and a bonus mom. Life's a beautiful adventure, and I'm grateful to be living it to the fullest!
